In the latest patch of progeCAD 13.0.18.10, further enhancements made on Graphics display and hardware acceleration option. Below is the confirmation from one of our esteemed customers:

The latest update of progeCAD 2013 has fixed a major display problem (without the need of a dedicated graphics card). Now with the Hardware Acceleration ENABLED (in Tools->Options), zooming, panning, cursor movement etc. are all extra smooth and very comfortable. (previously we have to disable this option).

This is with any 32 bit OS. With 64 bit OS, the hardware acceleration has to be still DISABLED. But even with the hardware acceleration disabled, progeCAD 2013 is now smoother than before on 64 bit OS also.

I once again appreciate the constant efforts of the progeCAD development team in constantly improving the product.
