If you are facing any issues with ProgeCAD Software on you hardware, we need more details about your computer to suggest you proper settings. Please follow below steps:
1. Windows – Start->Run-> Cmd (to launch windows command prompt).
2. Type “mkdir C: emp” in the command prompt and press enter (ignore this step if you already have C: emp directory).
3. Type “dxdiag /t c: empmypcinfo.txt” and press enter. Wait for a minute or two, to get the file created.
4. Email us the “mypcinfo.txt” file from C: emp directory.
We will analyze your hardware and suggest you appropriate solution.
