1. ProgeCAD is a try and buy kind of product, always use the Free trial to test the features and suitability before purchasing
2. Payment terms: 100% advance
3. GST extra @18% on all our software products. Please provide us your GSTIN if available.
4. All GST returns will be filed on or before 20th of following Calendar month
5. Order will be executed within One hour after receiving the payment (except weekends and late hours after 7PM)
6. We will send GST invoice, License Certificate, Frame certificate and software download links through Email for each order
7. We offer free Email Technical Support on all our products during Trial and after the Purchase
8. Updates within the Purchased version are always free
9. Upgrade to future version is payable and is optional
10. All liabilities on this software purchase are limited only to the software cost you paid. No other legal claims and liabilities will be entertained.
